🍳 How to use Dutso ghee
Pure butterfat with a high smoke point and a rich, nutty taste. A few favourites:
🍳Frying & searing
High smoke point, so ghee doesn't burn quickly. Ideal for meat, fish and stir-fry on high heat.
🍚Rice & dal
A spoon of ghee through your rice or dal adds a rich, nutty flavour — the classic way.
☕Bulletproof coffee
Blend a teaspoon of ghee into your coffee for a creamy, energising start to the day.
🥕Roasted vegetables
Melt ghee over your vegetables before roasting for a golden, crispy result.
